Our journey began in the Canadian food industry in 2015, when we started learning the foundations of hospitality and developed a deep love for creating food. We were always experimenting with flavors, blending cuisines, and understanding how food could bring comfort, energy, and connection to people living busy lives.

Although we later shifted our focus to the finance industry, our passion for food never left us. The idea of creating meals that were healthy, fresh, filling, and accessible for everyone continued to grow quietly in the background.

During this time, we explored many cuisines, searching for the balance of freshness, flavour, and wholesomeness that made food feel both satisfying and healthy. That search eventually led us back to where our hearts belonged – FOOD.

One day, we were given the opportunity to be part of a Middle Eastern restaurant. It felt like returning to an unfinished chapter. We re-entered the industry with renewed purpose, learning the depth, boldness, and soul of Middle Eastern cuisine.

Since 2020, our family and our team have been proudly serving the community, gaining hands-on experience and understanding the most important elements of running a successful casual restaurant.

Now, the seed we planted years ago had grown into something strong enough to stand on its own.
